Questions

Will this filter out permits my own vendors pulled?

No. That filter does not exist. A permit at an address you imported may be work you already know about. Read the project and decide.

Is this tenant screening?

No. Do not use it to decide who can rent. It watches addresses you imported for renovation and possible sale signals.

Who gets the alert?

The person whose account imported the address. There is no company-wide owner dashboard.

Which places are covered?

Permit alerts are checked daily for Sacramento County, the City of Sacramento, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and Yuba County (including Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Linda, and Wheatland). More Northern California cities and counties coming soon.
