Do all seats get every feature?

Yes. Every seat gets the full CasaInsight.com plan, the same one individual agents use. The difference is the price per seat. Team billing and seat management are set up with you during the pilot.

Can our team lead see our agents’ clients?

No. Client and homeowner records stay restricted to the agent who uploaded them, at the database level. A team lead does not get another agent’s client list.

What happens when an agent leaves?

Tell us when someone leaves. Seat changes are set up with you during the pilot. The agent’s past-client list stays with that agent.

Can we mix agents and lenders on one plan?

Seats are for people at the company that pays for the plan. A brokerage or team adds its agents, and a mortgage company adds its lenders. A lender can’t pay for agents’ seats.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. If you’d like, pay annually and get two months free.

How is it billed?

Team billing is set up with you during the pilot. The prices on this page are month to month, with two months free if you pay annually.

How quickly do signals show up?

Permit filings are checked daily, so a signal may appear the day after a permit is filed rather than the moment it is filed. Photo signals appear when a homeowner shares photos. A signal means a past client may be getting ready to sell. It’s a reason to reach out, not a guarantee.

Do you cover counties outside Sacramento?

Permit alerts are checked daily for Sacramento County, the City of Sacramento, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and Yuba County (including Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Linda, and Wheatland). More Northern California cities and counties coming soon. Photo signals work anywhere, since they come directly from your clients. If your team works somewhere we do not cover yet, tell us. It helps us decide where to add coverage next.
